The University of Cambridge International Examinations Curriculum is followed with minor alterations to suit the local linguistic and cultural traditions.

O Level Subject Choice Policy

Cambridge O Level, an internationally recognized qualification equivalent to the UK GCSE, provides learners with excellent preparation for academic progression to Cambridge International AS and A Levels.

O Level / A Level Exam Registration Policy

Screening Exam for O Level and A Level candidates will be conducted every January. Students failing the Screening Exam will not be registered for the board exam from the school.

O Level Examination Sitting Policy
  • Subjects are split into two sittings:
    • First Sitting (May–June, Class IX): Bengali and Bangladesh Studies. No classes in Class X for these.
    • Computer Science (if taken) must be sat in first sitting.
    • Science students taking Principles of Accounts must sit in first sitting.
  • Retakes allowed in October–November.
  • Retake students must attend regular classes.
  • Minimum 70% attendance and Screening Test pass required for registration.
AS and A Level Subject Choice and Examination Sitting Policy
A Level Policy

Cambridge International AS and A Levels are internationally benchmarked qualifications providing excellent preparation for university. Good A-Level results can give access to top-tier global institutions.

Subjects Offered:

  • Mathematics (AS: P1, M1 | A2: P3, S1)
  • Physics / Business
  • Chemistry / Accounting
  • Biology / Economics
  • Computer Science

Students may enroll in 3–5 subjects. For more than 5, classes won't be provided and a Screening Test score is required.

A Level Exam Sitting Policy
  • Exams are only in May–June. No October–November sitting.
  • If a student fails, the school decides the next allowed sitting.
  • Retake students must attend classes. No special retake classes.
  • 70% attendance and Screening Test performance required for registration.
Rules of Changing Subject

Students may change subjects until Class 8. Afterward, only upon teacher advice and Section Head + HOD approval. Must stay in a subject for at least 6 months. If unable to cope, a formal request is needed to switch.
